Whenever I have encountered a guy who wanted me to "complete them" I ran in the other direction (you understand why I've gone through so many, right?)
There is no way anyone could ever fill the holes inside you...only you could do that. People think that a significant other could do it, but if anything, they are a temporary remedy, not a cure. And most of the time, they just make it worse, because you realize that they CAN'T complete you, and then it's just sad and lonely.
The need for completion is not a reason to be with someone. You're right...its a stupid fucking desire.
the trick thing here is the heart.. is what you need in the heart.. does your own heart needs help.. where is that hole you need to fill.. do you know? is it in one place? are there holes at all or you just can't stand loneliness, etc..
and also if you're willing to hurt the one you love as a separate entity by using him to complete you.. stuff like that.
