here it goes – kate winslet fell in love with leonardo dicaprio during titanic filming. she was very insecure and did not even try to get romantically involved with the guy. she was not stupid, she saw the movie, she saw how much fatter and older she looks compared to leo. plus he only dates supermodels. so she married her husband, who is older and not so good looking, but a very good film director, on a condition that he will film them together again. she proceeded working on her body and becoming a great actress while the husband worked on the script. finally they made a movie about how routine and boring love gets when it becomes a marriage, so she can tell leo publicly how she loves him.

LOL...well that's one way of looking at it I guess. It would make a good (very sad) movie.
I suppose it is possible...she definitely spent more time telling Leo how much she loved him than her husband who directed the movie, but she's smart and she knows that's what people want to hear. And they're really close friends so I'm sure she does. And she probably feels bad for him bc just like in Titanic, she's getting all the nominations and awards, and poor Leo isn't.
I'm pretty sure she was dating/engaged when the whole Titanic thing went down (she got married to her first husband in 1998). I think if she was actually in love with Leo she would have given it some time and not gotten married to some other dude right away. And he looks a like lot Sam actually so maybe Sam's just her 'type' and Leo isn't.
I think I am giving this matter too much thought. Anyway.
